Your rental of a self-storage unit is governed by a separate written Rental/Lease Agreement signed at the time of rental, which controls over these Terms with respect to any storage unit rental.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website or to rent a storage unit from LETTS STORE-IT, LLC. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Description of Services

The Website provides information about LETTS STORE-IT, LLC self-storage facility located at [Facility Address], including unit availability, pricing, online bill pay, online reservations, and general company information. Availability, pricing, and unit sizes displayed on the Website are estimates and subject to change without notice until confirmed in a signed Rental Agreement.

4. Online Reservations and Rentals

  • A reservation made through the Website does not guarantee a specific unit until confirmed by facility staff and/or secured with a deposit or payment as described at checkout.
  • Rental of a storage unit requires execution of a separate Rental Agreement, which contains the binding terms of your tenancy, including rent, fees, insurance requirements, access rules, and lien rights.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, or decline to rent a unit to any person at our discretion, consistent with applicable law.

5. Account Registration

If the Website allows you to create an account (e.g., for online bill pay or gate access management), you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials;
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account; and

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Louisa County, Iowa, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
